Cancellation Policy
- For the Homes:*Reservations total is due 45 days prior to the arrival.*Reservation deposits are refundable, less a $200 processing fee if cancellation or modification is made at least 45 days prior to the arrival.
*Cancellations made 44 days or less will result in a forfeiture of the total reservation amount.
*Modifications made 44 days or less will result in a charge equal to one total night’s stay.
*No show reservations will be charged the full reservation amount.For the Penthouses:*Reservation deposits are refundable, less a $100 processing fee if cancellation or modification is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival.
*Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit the total deposit amount.
*Modifications made to the reservation, including changing length of stay or dates of stay after the 10 days will be subject to a charge equal to one-night’s stay.
*No show reservations will be charged the full reservation amount.
Parking Information
A maximum of 4 vehicles are allotted in the garage and driveway. All trailers, boats, and campers must park in the lot across the highway. Directions will be given at check-in.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted and will result in a $250.00 fee.

Bay Harbor Village Hotel Front Desk located at 4160 Main Street. 8am – 12am
pet Policy
No pets are allowed and will result in a $250.00 fee.
What is the minimum reservation length?
May – October 4 night minimum.
November – April 2 night minimum with the exception of December 24th – 31st with a 4 night minimum.
when is check-in & out?
Check-in: 5pm
Check-out: 11am
Quiet Hours: 11pm – 8am
What is provided?
We provide linen for all bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishware, cookware.
(I don’t think all of these will be provided for the long term homes in the gated communities once they are added)

housekeeping policy
Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Housekeeping services can be reserved by calling the hospitality team to set-up at 231-439-2400. Departure housekeeping cleaning services are included with your reservation.
