- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
- A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
A maximum of 4 vehicles are allotted in the garage and driveway. All trailers, boats, and campers must park in the lot across the highway. Directions will be given at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted and will result in a $250.00 fee.

What is the minimum reservation length?
May – October 4 night minimum.
November – April 2 night minimum with the exception of December 24th – 31st with a 4 night minimum.
(This will be different for the long term homes in the gated communities once they are added)

We provide linen for all bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishware, cookware.

Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Housekeeping services can be purchased for $40 per hour/housekeeper with a minimum of one hour. Departure housekeeping cleaning services are included with your reservation.
