*Reservation deposits are refundable, less a $100 processing fee if cancellation or modification is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival.
*Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit the total deposit amount.
*Modifications made to the reservation, including changing length of stay or dates of stay after the 10 days will be subject to a charge equal to one-night’s stay.  
*No show reservations will be charged the full reservation amount.
